Our drop-in process is simple and seamless. Just show up 15 minutes before the class to meet our friendly coaches and get acquainted with our vibrant community. You'll then join in our energizing CrossFit class to experience an exceptional workout like no other!
No prior CrossFit or fitness experience is required as all workouts will be adapted or scaled to suit the individual.
